Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize singing by utilizing playing data such as MIDI data.
SOLUTION: Inputted playing data are analyzed as musical sound information on the pitch and length of a sound and lyrics (S2, S3). Lyrics are imparted from the analyzed musical sound information to a tone sequence to generate singing data (S5, S6). A voice waveform of singing is generated from the singing data (S7, S8). A waveform of a musical sound is generated from the inputted playing data (S14). The playing data used for the singing are preferably not used to reproduce a musical sound, or sound volume of reproduction is preferably deterred.
