Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus for storing food using electrostatic atomized water particles which can sufficiently exerting the effect of mildew prevention, deodorization, removal of ethylene gas, moisture retention, or the like.
Dew condensation water is generated by cooling the air in a food storage. The dew condensation water is atomized to generate the electrostatic atomized water particles M in a nanometer-size and containing active species. The electrostatic atomized water particles is supplied into the food storage.
