Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance work efficiency and productivity by conducting carry-in/ carry-out of a work, supply of a plurality of wire materials onto the work, stretching and cutting of the wire material continuously and automatically.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor 3 supports a planar work W and conveys the work W in one direction at a predetermined pitch P. An adhesive coating mechanism 9 applies an adhesive Ad to a part on the work W where the wire material is stretched. A wire material stretching mechanism 10 comprises a wire material stretching body 59 having substantially square cross-section. The stretching body 59 is rotated intermittently to arrange a plurality of wire materials W on the outer periphery of the stretching body 59 along one side thereof and to stretch the wire materials on the work W at the position applied with the adhesive Ad.
