To miniaturize a battery and lengthen the lifetime of the battery by lowering the maximum value of a current outputted from the battery while performing proper power supply to each in-vehicle load.
When power is supplied to an in-vehicle load such as ECUs 112, 114 and 116 and modules 122, 124 and 126, etc. through a circuit unit made of a PDU, etc. from the battery 10 of a vehicle, priority is set up beforehand. When the power is supplied to a plurality of the in-vehicle loads having different priorities from one another, power supply timing to the in-vehicle load having low priority is delayed rather than power supply timing to the in-vehicle load with high priority, so that the maximum value of the flowing-in current from the battery 10 to the circuit unit may be set within an allowable range.
