Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoide the inconvenient contact of a tube with a gripper, and improve the operation efficiency by lowering the gripper after centering the tube to the head part of the gripper when automatically exchanging a full bobbin with the empty tube by the gripper.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for automatically taking out a full bobbin 17 through a gripper 16 from a spindle 10 of a fine spinning machine or a twister and inserting an empty tube 18 has a gripper member 30 for capturing a storing part 32 for storing the end terminal of a full bobbin 17 or a tube 18 at the gripper head part 21 fixed to the spindle 10 at an arranging pitch interval in a movable gripper beam 20 arranged in the extension of the longitudinal direction of the machine, and side guide members 38a and 38b having U-shaped cross sections arranged at the edge part of the storing part 32. The gripper 16 is allowed to approach the tube of the full bobbin 17 by the approach movement of the gripper beam 20, and the tube is centered to the gripper head 21 before the gripper head 21 is lowered to capture and store the tube smoothly in the method.
