PURPOSE: To exclude damage of a mold by guiding a product so as to move the same over the largest distance at two opposed end parts during the movement of the product in the direction remote from a substrate and gradually reducing the movement of the parts of the product toward the center of the product.

CONSTITUTION: In order to separate a mold 2 from a mold 1, a low vacuum is brought about between the top part of the mold 2 and the boundary surface 6 of the taking-out plate 5 facing to the mold 2. The boundary surface 6 is curved around a line extending at a right angle to constitute a part of a cylindrical curved surface. The center of curvature of the boundary surface is positioned on the side of the boundary surface 6 separated from a stand part 4. The mold 2 is pressed to the mold 1 by a flat and non-curved part 8 positioned at a central part and, by bringing about a low vacuum between the top part surface of the mold 2 and the boundary surface 6 of the taking- out plate 5, the flexible mold 2 is drawn near to the curved boundary surface 6 while bent in the direction separating from the mold 1. During the bending of the mold 2 around the axis of the boundary surface 6 extending at a right angle, the movement imparting a damage to the mold surface between two molds 2, 3 of the boundary surface between the molds 1, 2 brought to a mutual contact state is excluded.
