PURPOSE: To perform the durability test of a hose in the whole circumferential direction and to evaluate the hose with high reliability irrespective of the usage of the hose by conducting the impact oil pressure test for the hose while rotating the hose around an axis thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 13 rotates a hose 10 to be tested in a predetermined direction around a hose mounting shaft 113. An oil pressure generating device 14 supplies a pulse-like pressuring oil with a predetermined interval to a hose mounting shaft 123 of a manihold 12, namely, the hose 10. When the impact oil pressure is impressed to the hose 10, the hose 10 is alternately expanded and contracted continuously in the whole of the circumferential direction. During the impact oil pressure test, the impact oil pressure can be impressed while the above state is repeated. Therefore, the test can be carried out in the whole circumferential direction of the hose 10. The hose can be evaluated with high reliability irrespective of the usage thereof.
