PURPOSE: To prevent a machine from incorrectly operating or an inside of a sarcocarp reservoir from being contaminated by constituting a machinery means engaging in transferring in the reservoir without contact with sarcocarp or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A method for transferring includes steps for repeating advancement/retreat of a pipe 3 into/from liquid in a sarcocarp reservoir 1 from its outside via an elastic film while a pipe inner pressure is adjusted at every repeating, elastically flexing a film surface of a pipe inlet for forming a receiving pocket 7 and restoring to a flat state, and for putting sarcocarp or the like corresponding to a capacity of the pocket into a bucket 4 at every stroke. A transferring apparatus X mainly comprises a bucket 4 with a measure placed above a liquid face L in the reservoir 1, a diaphragm 2 formed at the bottom of the reservoir 1, a pipe 3 in contact with the diaphragm 2 face from outside the reservoir 1, a pipe operation driving means 5 for allowing the pipe 3 to reciprocate and an adjusting means 6 for a pressure inside the pipe.
