A method and an apparatus for treating the content in the box comprise a cutting unit to cut a both-end closed tape of an outer flap while extruding a packed corrugated fiberboard box storing a bag filled with the content, an outer flap opening unit to expand an outer flat to both sides while cutting a center closed tape of the outer flap while transferring the corrugated fiberboard box, an inner flap opening unit to open an inner flap to both sides in a press-turning manner and take out the bag, and a content treating unit to cut-open a lower side of the bag after air-cleaning the removed bag, and discharge the content. The corrugated fiberboard with one side opened after taking out the content has an unpacking part to open the outer flap and the inner flap on the closed side by being inverted upside down.
