Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid from boiling when a high temperature object to be packaged containing the liquid is to be vacuum-packaged and to enable a container to be sealed efficiently at a boiling limit.
SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises two or more vacuum lines each including throttle valves 1a to 5a different in opening, a means for initially selecting the throttle valves 1a to 5a according to a measurement value which is input from a main thermometer 43 to a controller 44 for initiating a vacuum action 46, and a means for gradually changing over to the throttle valves 1a to 5a with smaller opening while reading a varying vacuum value 60.
