To provide an invention concerning control of an incinerator capable of evaporation amount control while altering the rate of feed forward control in suction such that optimum feed forward control is achieved by predicting variations of a vapor flow rate from measured time series data of the vapor flow rate and predicting or estimating prediction accuracy of the predicted value.
The amount of evaporation is predicted on the basis of a vapor flow rate on the side of a boiler outlet discharged from a boiler provided on a back stream side of an incinerator such as a stoker and a fluidized bed furnace, and prediction accuracy is predicted or estimated from time series data of the vapor flow rate. Based upon this waste supply amount control or combustion control for the incinerator is performed, and prediction of the foregoing prediction accuracy is achieved with Liapnov stabilization analysis, and the estimation of the prediction accuracy is achieved with a PRMSE processing.
