The apparatus for warm-forming the elbow tube comprises a pair of dies 2, a warm heating means to heat the die, an induction heating unit including heating coil portion to induction-heat a fluid supply tubular body arranged to store fluid for supply and storage, an internal pressure imparting means 18 which can impart internal pressure to the tube stock W with heated fluid and a relative displacement mechanism to impart a relative displacement to the lateral direction between a pair of dies.
