PURPOSE: To continuously and automatically execute a series of operations of an electrolytic degreasing and washing method within the same work by allowing a current to flow across a metal stamper and an electrolytic degreasing soln. while ejecting the electrolytic degreasing soln. on the surface of the metal stamper in such a state that the metal stamper is rotated.
CONSTITUTION: A metal stamper 1 to be washed is attached to a rotary stand 2 and the rotary stand 2 is fixed to the top part of the shaft 3 piercing the hole formed to the almost center of a sink 5 to extend upwardly. The shaft 3 is rotationally driven by a motor 4. A nozzle 10 ejecting an electrolytic degreasing soln., a nozzle 6 ejecting washing water and a nozzle 20 ejecting an alkali washing soln. are arranged above the sink 5. A DC current is allowed to flow across the metal stamper 1 and the electrolytic degreasing soln. Therefore, the closed circuit passing through the electrolytic degreasing soln. ejected from the nozzle 10 is formed.
