Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatize the operation for winding a coil, by driving a bobbin and fingers so that they rotate in the same direction and have a predetermined speed difference therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A wire 4 fed while reciprocating along the axial direction of a bobbin 1 is turned retained by a pair of fingers 7 which are disposed on the outer periphery of the bobin 1 so as to be 180 deg. offset from each other in the circumferential direction as well as separate by the width of a coil in the axial direction of the bobbin 1. The bobbin 1 and the fingers 7 are driven by first and second drive sources directly connected to first and second drive shafts 2 and 10, respectively, so as to rotate in the same direction and have a predetermined speed difference between the bobbin 1 and the fingers 7. Since this speed difference allows the fingers to rotate along the outer periphery of the bobbin in retard of the bobbin by a predetermined amount, it is possible to form windings very close to each other.
