Abstract:
To form spiny parts of a good shape on the outer circumferential wall of a cylinder sleeve.
Base material LB which is formed by dispersing heat-resistant material, mold release agent and binder into water is raised from a first tank 16 only by a needed amount with a first mohnopump 26 and introduced into a second tank 18. To the base material LB introduced into the second tank 18, an anion base surface active agent SA is added from a pot 22. In this way, the base material LB and the anion base surface active agent SA are mixed and a necessary amount of the coating material is prepared. This coating material is jetted through a nozzle 50 and applied to the inner circumferential wall of a cylindrical metallic mold 14.
