PURPOSE: To satisfactorily apply parting agent on the whole cavity by making the pressure in the cavity vacuum and filling up foggy mixed gas composed of the parting agent and air under pressurized condition into the cavity.
CONSTITUTION: By die-clamping a fixed die 2A and a movable die 2B, the cavity 1 is formed, and inner part in the cavity 1 is evacuated with a vacuum source V through a passage 17 to make the vacuum condition of pressure P1 (≤ about 759Torr). On the other hand, the parting agent in a storing vessel 8 is supplied into a closed type mixed gas forming chamber 9 with a liquid pump F through a supplying passage 10, and also compressed air is supplied into the forming chamber 9 with a pump 12 through a passage 11 to form the foggy mixed gas composed of the parting agent and air under pressurized condition of pressure P2 (≥ about 780Torr). Successively, by filling up the mixed gas into the cavity 1 through a supplying passage 15, the parting agent is satisfactorily applied on the whole position of the cavity 1 in a short time.
