CONSTITUTION: The name of parts to be arranged and the number of makings inputted from an input device 100 are fetched to make a parameter table 320. The control data 310 corresponding to the name of fetched parts are read from a file 500 to make a 1st control table 321, which is classified by group to make a 2nd control table 321'. The parts of the table 321' and the material to be worked on a table 322 are compared to set the arranging parts and positions on an arrangement table 323. An NC data output outputs the data of a punching data table 324 to a recording medium 330, which outputs the positional information of a holder and the punching position in the material to be worked and a parts is subjected to punching from the material to be worked.
