Title:
METHOD FOR ARRANGING SEALING AGENT AND EVACUATED VESSEL USED THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009285603
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the occurrence of sealing discontinuity or defective sealing or the like and to stabilize the arranging amount of a sealing agent by arranging the sealing agent at a part requiring the arrangement of the sealing agent without leaving bubbles therein.

A method for arranging the sealing agent comprises: a first step where bubbles in the sealing agent 32 stored in a syringe 33 are removed as a preparation step for the arrangement of the sealing agent; a second step where a sealing agent feed unit 38 is connected to a pressure reducing pump 40 and the pressure in the syringe 33 is reduced to a prescribed atmospheric pressure; and a third step where the pressure in the vessel part 31 of an evacuated vessel 30 with the sealing agent feed unit 38 set therein is reduced to a prescribed atmospheric pressure, and thereafter, the sealing agent 32 is stored into piping 35 connected to the syringe 33 and into a sealing agent feed nozzle 36 by a pressure difference produced when the inside of the syringe 33 is changed from a state of being held at the prescribed reduced atmospheric pressure to a state of being opened to the air. After the above steps are performed in succession, the sealing agent feed unit 38 is taken out and is mounted on a sealing agent feed apparatus, and the sealing agent 32 is arranged at the above prescribed part.
