Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a magnetic circuit by a simple method by incorporating magnetic pole pieces while sliding them on permanent magnets.
SOLUTION: In a permanent magnet opposing type magnetic circuit, a pair of the permanent magnets magnetized in a thickness direction are made to oppose each other and arranged inside a yoke, the magnetic pole pieces are provided on the respective opposing surfaces of the pair of the permanent magnets and a magnetic field is generated at a gap between the magnetic pole pieces. After forming the pair of the permanent magnets by incorporating a plurality of magnet blocks inside the yoke, the magnetic pole pieces are incorporated in the magnetic circuit while sliding them on the permanent magnets.
