To provide a method for quantitatively assessing ease-of-swing.
The assessing method includes a step of using a measurement means M1 that can chronologically specify examinee's three-dimensional (3D) barycentric swing position P1 to chronologically gain this 3D barycentric position P1 and a step of determining the ease-of-swing from the barycentric position P1 at least one time in a swing. The other method for assessing includes a step of using a measurement means M2 that can chronologically measure a load F1 or a specific directional component conveyed to the ground from the examinee's feet in a swing to chronologically measure the load F1 or the specific directional component and a step of determining the ease-of-swing from the load F1 or the specific directional component at least one time in a swing. The assessing method can quantitatively assess the ease-of-swing.
