To provide a method of attaching a resin foam laminated sheet which can control loosening of the attached member after attachment of a resin foam laminated sheet using an unfoamed foamable resin and allows attachment without impairing foaming on heating, and also to provide a resin foam laminated plate, and a structure attached with a resin foam laminated sheet.

The attaching method comprises steps of: forming a through hole 3a penetrating the hard plate 1 in a foamable resin laminated sheet 3 in which a foamable resin layer 2 foaming on heating is arranged adjacent to a hard plate 1 in an integrated manner; heat-foaming the foamable resin layer 2 to form a resin foam layer 8; inserting the shaft 5a of a fastener 5 into the through hole 3a; fixing the fastener 5 to the resin foam laminated sheet 8 by holding the hard plate 1 between (1) a radially expanded part 5a' formed by elastic deformation of a part of the shaft 5a so as to expand in the radial direction and (2) the flange 5b of the fastener 5; and fixing the fastener 5 to a to-be-attached member 10.
