PURPOSE: To effectively attach a screen in a good adhesion state without floating by forcedly bending plural plane screen substrates to a frame having a concave curved surface so that they suit said surface and taking them off from the frame after fixedly sticking the periphery of the mutual screen substrates in the bending state.
CONSTITUTION: A cloth is stretched over the concave curved surface 1a of the frame 1 and a 1st screen substrate 2 is forcedly bent to the concave surface 1a so as to suit it. Next, a both-surface adhesive tape 4 is made to adhere to the periphery thereof after peeling one sheet of its separable paper and the other sheet of the separable paper is peeled. A 2nd screen substrate 3 in the same size is bent to suit the concave surface in the same way successively so as to integrate them in contact with each other, then they are taken off from the frame 1. Thus, the power of restituting from the forcedly bent state works in the attached screen, so that the floating between them is removed and adhesion can be improved.
