Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively load panel parts on a pallet by carrying out a loaded pallet by a self-propelled vehicle, replenishing after that a vacant loading position with an empty pallet, carrying out another pallet upon completion of loading on it, similarly replenishing with an empty pallet and repeating this operation.
CONSTITUTION: Panel parts W are loaded on one of the pallets 8 arranged on both left and right sides of a robot 7, then the pallet 8 with the panels fully loaded is carried out by a self-propelled vehicle 43, the other pallet 8 is loaded with panel parts W by a robot 7, and the vacant side is replenished with an empty pallet 8. When the other pallet 8 is fully loaded, the pallet 8 on the opposite side is loaded with the panel parts W, the fully loaded pallet 8 is carried out, and instead an empty pallet 8 is carried in to be replenished by the self-propelled vehicle 43. Thus, this operation is repeated; and consequently, loading of panel parts or the like are effectively performed.
