PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method of automatically controlling and verifying where reliability and performance of the satellite control system are improved so as to relieve the load of the operator to confirm presence of an abnormality relating to conduction of a telecommand. SOLUTION: Under the system structure that a satellite state analyzing/ processing unit 13 and a telecommand producing/executing device 15 are closely interlocked to have knowledge bases 18, 20 having information relating to telecommand in common, after the transmission of a telecommand for satellite control, remote data received from a satellite are analyzed, information in the knowledge bases is deducted to check a state that the satellite conducts the telecommand and on the occurrence of an abnormality in the satellite, the control instruction is generated and the telecommand is verified through automatic control.
