Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep the concentration of a selective component in gas to constant for a final use provision by measuring gas flow rates at respective lines through which a first and a second gas flow, and automatically controlling the gas flow rate at one side via a gas ratio control system based on the measuring result.
SOLUTION: A gas mixing device 1 is provided adjacent to the equipment provided with a bulk oxygen storage tank 5a, a bulk nitrogen storage tank 5b and gasification systems 6a, 6b related to respective tanks, and the gaseous oxygen and gaseous nitrogen fed from respective gasification systems 6a, 6b are fed into a buffer tank 22 via pressure control bodies 10a, 10b. At this time, a flow rate of the gaseous nitrogen is controlled by an automatic valve 15 controlled opening and stopping via a gas ratio control system 14 with a flow rate controller 13 based on output signals of a nitrogen flow rate transmitter 16 and an oxygen flow rate transmitter 17. Thus, the gaseous oxygen and gaseous nitrogen are automatically adjusted to specified flow rates and mixed in the tank 22.
