Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a method for baking a resistance material containing ruthernium oxide or its compound as chief component at a high temperature.
CONSTITUTION: An object that is made of a resistance material containing rutherinum oxide or its compound as a chief component and a ceramic base that is covered with a resistance filler containing an inorganic combining agent that can be melted is baked at a temperature that is higher than 1,050°C under the presence of a powder flow that is made of ruthernium oxide or its compound, thus baking a sintered base ceramic simultaneously with a resistance layer.
