Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working accuracy.
SOLUTION: After inputting the geometric information of an initial shape and objective shape (Step 1), executing the mesh division of the definite element method of the initial shape is executed (Step 2) and a divided shape is mapped onto the objective shape (Step 3). By forcedly elastically deforming the initial shape into the objective shape, objective inherent strain in each element is determined (Step 4). The objective inherent strain determined is realized by adjusting heating conditions adding the proper arrangement of plural heating lines, longitudinal contraction and longitudinal bend (Step 5). At this time, the quantitative relation between the heating conditions and generated inherent strain is determined (Step 6), the correction of data adding the effect of residual stress to this relation is executed (Step 7). Next, according to the decided heating plan, bending work is executed about all the heating lines (Step 10), after the completion of heating, the shape is measured and, when there is difference from the objective shape, correcting heating is repeatedly executed so as to eliminate the difference (Step 12).
