Abstract:

To precisely and efficiency execute a complicated bending in two dimensions or three dimensions by precisely and easily estimating the spring back amount of extruding and bending an Al extruding shape.

A correcting coefficient (S) shown in the ratio (Rs/R0) of the theoretical radius of curvature (R0) obtained from the positional relation of a fixing die 2 and a moving die 3 and a real bent radius of curvature (Rs) is calculated with next equations, and the motion amount of the moving die is decided based on this correcting coefficient. S=α1×{1/(1-n)}×σ0.2β. In here, b=α2×Rsc, c=α3×(Z0.132/A0.1), α, is the coefficient (0.5 to 0.6), α2 is the coefficient (0.05 to 0.10), α3 is the coefficient (0.1 to 0.2), σ0.2 is 0.2% yield strength in a tension test, (n) is the work hardening index, A is the cross-section area of a shape, and Z is the average value of the tension side and the compression side in the cross-section of the shape.
