Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a curing time of an adhesive and to improve, appearance in addition by heating the surface of a padding cooperating with the internal wall of a cover to a high temperature and immediately applying foam padding obtained by speedily curing the adhesive to the internal wall of the cover.
SOLUTION: In order to bond a cover 1 to a padding 5 formed of polyurethane foam with a adhesive 4, the cover 1 is first disposed inside a cold-shaping device 2 and fixed by a holding means 3 and then the adhesive 4 is stuck to the internal wall of the cover 1. Continually, the surface of the padding 5 cooperating with the internal wall of the cover 1 is heated to a high temperature and at the time of reaching a prescribed temperature, the heated foam padding 5 is immediately applied to the cover 1 to quickly transmit heat to the adhesive to rapidly cure the adhesive. After then, the device 2 is opened to take out the padding 5 provided with the cover 1. At this time, a positioning and fixing means 13 is prepared and the padding 5 is arranged in a carrying tray 11 by a centering device 14 to be fixed.
