Then, a plastic member 12 and the intermediate base layer 14 are taken out of the molding cavity and a surface treating material 20 is bonded on a second side 18 of the intermediate base layer 14. The surface treating material 20 is partly absorbed on the second side 18 of the intermediate base layer 14.
