To bond a fine worked member without adversely affecting the function of the fine worked part thereof.

The fine worked part 5 of a fine worked member 1 is filled with a subliming substance 7 that is solid at ordinary temperature under ordinary pressure, and the subliming substance 7 outside the adherend 6 is removed by machining to form a sink-free substantially flat surface consisting of the adherend 6 and the subliming substance 7. The flat surface is bonded to the adherend of other member with an adhesive, thus joining the fine worked member 1 to other member. The subliming substance 7 in the fine worked part 5 is then removed.
