Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out bonding without blushing, crazing and blistering and causing deformation in using a solvent, by laminating sheets, etc., on the surface of a molded product through an electron radiation curing monomer and irradiating the resultant laminate with electron rays.
CONSTITUTION: A plastic film or sheet is laminated on the surface of a molded plastic product through an electron radiation curing monomer and is irradiated with electron rays from the surface side thereof to polymerize the above- mentioned monomer and carry out bonding. One of a monomer having acryloyl group, monomer having ≥500mol.wt. and two methacryloyl groups and monomer having ≥3 methacryloyl groups or a mixture thereof is used as the curable monomer.
