PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile scaffolding device capable of conducting the inspection work and repair work of a building formed into a nearly dome shape such as a reactor building dome reliably and efficiently at a low cost.
SOLUTION: A travel rail 40 is extended and fixed into a circumferential shape on the peripheral wall of the reactor building dome 5, and a travel device 10 formed removably on the travel rail 40 can be traveled along the travel rail 40 on the travel rail 40. An expansion boom 31 expandable and shrinkable in the vertical direction is fitted to the travel device 10, and an expansion arm 32 expandable and shrinkable in the horizontal direction is fitted to the end section in the extending direction of the expansion boom 31. A workbench 33 allowing a worker to mount on it is fitted to the end section in the extending direction of the expansion arm 32.
