To obtain a method which is easy to be implemented and is inexpensive by using at least one among mobile stations that exist in the current cell as a calibration transponder station which receives and/or sends at least one test signal that calibrates a receiving system and/or a sending system.

A base station sends a sending request for a prescribed test signal to a calibration transponder station, and the calibration transponder station receives the sending request and sends the prescribed test signal as it is requested. The base station receives a test signal, analyzes it and decides calibration that should be performed on a receiving system in accordance with analytical results. It is possible to repeatedly perform execution by using plural calibration transponder stations in order to improve the quality of calibration to be carried out. A request that is sent to the calibration transponder station by the base station can designate some characteristics of a test signal which has to be answered and sent by the calibration transponder station.
