Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture high quality concrete segments with high efficiency when they are to be manufactured by using high-fluidity concrete. SOLUTION: A high-fluidity concrete having self-filling property is cast into a form 1. Change of filling state in a casting process is measured by a sensor 2. The measured data and the shape of the form 1 are inputted to a computer 3. The flowing speed of the high-fluidity concrete in the form 1 is calculated. A pressure of a presser 4 is adjusted or a discharge quantity of a concrete pump is adjusted so as to set the flowing speed within a required range.
