Abstract:

PURPOSE: To blowing-charge floated iron component after precipitation treatment and fine granular iron component in the precipitated iron component into a tuyere of a blast furnace in slurry-state mixed with liquid alcohol or liquid fuel and to use the remaining coarse granular iron component as sintering raw material or the charging raw material from the blast furnace top part by adding water to oil-containing powdery and granular iron raw material, separating the raw material into the floated material and the precipitated iron component and adding the liquid alcohol or the liquid fuel into the floated iron component in the floated material to execute the precipitation treatment.

CONSTITUTION: The water (w) is added to the oil-containing powdery and granular iron raw material 1 in a floated material separator 2, and a classifier 5 at the outlet side of the precipitated iron component 3 and a magnetic separator 8 at the outlet side of the float material 4 are arranged, respectively. A stirring vessel 11 is sequentially arranged at the outlet side of the fine granular iron component 6 in the classifier 5 and the outlet side of the coarse granular iron component 7 is opened and the outlet side of the floated iron component 9 in the magnetic separator 8 is connected with the stirring vessel 11 and the outlet side of non-ferrous component 10 is opened to the outer part. In the stirring vessel 11, a stirrer 12 and a pouring hole 13 for liquid alcohol or liquid fuel (a) are arranged, and a slurry pump 14 is arranged between the stirring vessel 11 and the tuyere 16 of the blast furnace 15.
