When a shutter/wing door closing button 20 is pressed, a management signal is outputted to a switching device 11 from a wing door closing signal circuit for management of a control board, control is switched from disaster prevention to the management, an automatic closing circuit 12 for a door of the control board is operated, a door closing signal is outputted, and a latch lock of a door release is electrically canceled. Thereafter, the wing door is automatically closed by the spring force of a built-in hinge closer, and after the wing door is fully closed, a shutter is closed.
