Abstract:
To provide a method for coil coaitng a metal strip.
A coating composition comprises a binder comprising (a) a polyol component (water soluble or water dispersible); and (b) a polyisocyanate component (water soluble or water dispersible, and having a blocked isocyanate group). A metal substrate coated with the above composition can be used for fabricating an article. For example, a RIM composition 14 is applied in such a manner that it is placed between the coating layers 12 which is formed by coil coating the surface of each of the metal strips 10 with the coating composition.
