Abstract:
To provide a method for collecting dust containing little halogen element when slag-fuming a slag produced in a smelting furnace for smelting zinc and/or lead.
When collecting the dust containing zinc and lead from a fumed gas which has been produced in a slag-fuming process for the slag produced in the smelting furnace for smelting zinc and/or lead, and contains a halogen group element, this method for collecting the dust comprises the steps of: cooling the fumed gas; and collecting the dust containing little halogen element while keeping a temperature of the gas in a dust-collecting device to 200 to 1,300°C.
