PURPOSE: To effectively combine a trans-web against a longeron fixed on a skin plate.
CONSTITUTION: In advance, to combine a part of a peripheral side part 3c, at least, of slots 3a formed along a side periphery of a trans-web 3 onto a longeron 2, bending is executed so as to enlarge the sectional area of the slot 3a. After that, in a state of hanging the trans-web with a crane, each slot 3a is faced to one end of the longitudinal direction of the longeron 2, the trans-web 3 is laterally moved while fitting the slot 3a onto the longeron 2 and positioned at a prescribed position with the crane and a gutter 8, after it is tacked on a large plate 1, the bent peripheral side part 3c is bent back and the trans-web 3 is welded and fixed on the large plate 1 and the longeron 2.
