Abstract:
To provide a non-animal based imitation article of an animal based food capable of being manufactured by decomposing non-animal material into elements, and reconstructing these elements to consumables.SOLUTION: There is provided consumables containing isolated and purified plant protein, the isolated and purified plant protein (i) has solubility in at least 25 g/L solution at a temperature between about 2°C and about 32°C, pH of the solution between 3 and 8, and sodium chloride content of 0 to 300 mM, or (ii) has solubility in at least 1 mg/ml solution at a temperature between 90°C and 110°C, pH of the solution between 5 and 8, and sodium chloride content of 0 to 300 mM.SELECTED DRAWING: None
