Abstract:
To provide a method for treating and preventing cancers of a specific type, such as primary and metastatic cancers and cancers refractory or resistant to conventional chemotherapy.
The medicinal composition for preventing and treating cancers comprises remedially or prophylactically effective amount of a compound 4-(amino)-2-(2,6-dioxo(3-piperidyl))-isoindoline-1,3-dione or pharmaceutically permissible salts, solvates or stereoisomers thereof, wherein cancers are lung cancer or sclerodermia.
