Abstract:
To provide a new composition for treating neurological disorders comprising intracellular polypeptide abnormal multimers or aggregates and to provide a method for using the same.
The invention provides intrabodies binding to polypeptide forming intracellular aggregates to minimize aggregation, nucleic acid molecule encoding the intrabodies or its functional fragments. The invention provides intrabodies specifically recognizing a polypeptide forming intracellular polypeptide aggregates or complex, or a method identifying its functional fragments. And the invention provides a method inhibiting the formation of undesirable intracellular polypeptide complex or aggregate assciated with the neurological disorder.
