PURPOSE: To connect extra fine wires.
CONSTITUTION: Columns 9 and 9a with grooves are provided adjacently respectively to aligning bases 2 and 2a on a couple of fine adjustable stages 1 and 1a arranged opposite to each other freely movably, extra fine wires 4 are wound around the grooves of the columns 9 and 9a with grooves with the same height as these aligning bases 2 and 2a and the extra fine wires 4 are fixed by magnet sheets 3 and 3a, then, the other side fine adjustable stage 1a is moved so as to keep away apart from the one side fine adjustable stage 1, the extra fine wires 4 between the columns 9 and 9a with grooves are pulled, ruptured and straightened, after this straightening, the other side fine adjustable stage 1a is moved to the one side fine adjustable stage 1 side, the straightened extra fine wires 4 are abutted and aligned with each other, then, silver solders 5 is applied thereto and the extra fine wires 4 are connected to each other. The extra fine wires to be connected are corrected to straightness.
