Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a pile-column top end level adjustment structure in a building which uses piles as columns.
SOLUTION: A loose hole 20 is bored in an anchor plate 18, and a stud bolt 19 is provided in an upright position in advance. After a pile-column 12 is erected, when the anchor plate 18 is positioned and placed on the upper surface of a pile cap 16 fitted over the top end of the pilecolumn 12, at least one of PC steel wire tensioning tapped holes 1 7 in the pile cap 16 is exposed to the depth of the loose hole 20, even if the position of the pile-column 12 is slightly off-center. Then a washer 21 is locked to the upper end of the loose hole 20, and when a bolt 22 is threaded from above via the washer 21 into the tapped hole 17 exposed to the depth of the loose hole 20, the anchor plate 18 is fixed in place and the stud bolt 19 is positioned indirectly.
