Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable constructing a plant even in a small space by assembling steel up to a rooftop portion, and installing temporary service facilities in the rooftop portion.
CONSTITUTION: After concrete for the foundation 11 of a building has been set, a steel structure up to the rooftop of the building is constructed using steel members (steel columns 12, steel beams 13, ceiling trusses 15). A tower crane 39 installed outside the building is used in the assembly of the steel members, for hoisting and setting the steel members at predetermined positions. A construction office facility 21, a site crew room facility 22, a portal crane 35, a stationary crane 36, a walking crane 37, a product storage warehouse, and processing facilities for materials and products 62, etc., are installed in the rooftop area. Processing of the products 62 in the rooftop area is performed such that materials and products 62 brought in are processed and assembled using processing rails installed in the rooftop area and hoisting equipment and are transferred to mounting positions inside the plant building. With the mounting positions of the products being near, the distance of secondary transportation of the products is reduced.
