PURPOSE: To produce continuously a pierced shape material with a series of stages by piercing a belt-shaped steel sheet at regular intervals, cutting it based on the number of pierced counts and bending with a cold roll forming machine.

CONSTITUTION: A steel belt 2A is fed at a specific speed via a feeding roll 3 from a coil body 2 of a belt-shaped steel sheet and the steel belt 2A is fed to a punching machine 4 for piercing at regular intervals. Next the pierced steel belt 2A is fed to a cutting machine 5 for cutting to a specified length based on the number of pierced counts of the punching machine 4. Then the pierced steel belt thus cut is fed to a cold roll forming machine 6 for bending and the formed body fed out is received to a container pallet 7.
