Abstract:

To develop a method for preparation in order to convert a waste of an agriculture-related industry into an ideal substance accompanied by a solubilized protein.

This method for continuously and directly solubilizing a protein with an enzyme for the industrial waste comprises a first step of continuously washing the waste with acidified water, washing off alkaloids (polyphenols), saccharides, insoluble fibers, etc., and providing a concentrate rich in the protein and a second step of carrying out enzymic hydrolysis (25-40%) of the protein concentrate with an endoprotease by a continuous method and affording a peptone in which the insoluble starting protein is solubilized in a ratio of 60-80%.
