METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COMBUSTION OF BAKING FURNACE FOR CERAMIC ART

PURPOSE: To control a baking furnace for firing a ceramic art at a temperature suitable for combustion by heating the furnace to a set temperature by a first burner, automatically igniting a second burner, continuously operating the second burner and controlling the combustion by the first burner.
CONSTITUTION: Ceramic art products for baking are arranged in a baking furnace 1 for ceramic art, a spark discharge 1G is outputted from an automatically igniting safeguard 17 and a first burner 2 is lit and burnt. A temperature in the furnace 1 is detected by a temperature sensor 8 and inputted to a temperature controller 21. A continuous operation signal S1 is outputted, a motor 16 is controlled, opening and closing of a proportional control valve 13 and a butterfly valve 15 are regulated to control a baking temperature in the allowable temperature width of variability of a target value. Then an intermittent signal S3 is outputted from the controller 21 to an automatically igniting safeguard 20, a combustion control valve 18 is opened, a blower 19 is operated, a second burner 3 is ignited and a temperature in the furnace 1 is raised to a given temperature. The burner 2 is intermittently operated to keep the set temperature to maintain the furnace 1 at a fixed temperature.
