Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a molding with an excellent transferring property as well as less stress by injecting a resin in a state of somewhat opening molding dies, and in a die clamping pressure control in the injection compression molding to be clamped thereafter, making the die clamping oil pressure have pulse shapes.

CONSTITUTION: A die clamping pressure setting device 1 sets a die clamping pressure at an appropriate time, and a die clamping signal output part 2 outputs, to a signal calculation part 5, the time from the die clamping initiation period in the injection compression or the pressure set in the die clamping pressure setting device in accor dance with a clamping position. A pulse waveform setting device 3 sets the pulse waveform of a die clamping oil pressure, which is sent to the signal calculation part 5 via a pulse signal generator 4. In the signal calculation part 5, the die clamping pressure waveform is calculated in accordance with the time or the die clamping position rather than the die clamping initiation period, and these are converted to an analog by means of a D/A converter 6 and control a valve 8 which acts to directly control the oil sent pressedly to the die clamping device via a driver 7. In this manner, the die clamping is conducted through making the oil pulsated in the valve 8 to be pressedly sent to the die clamping device.
